Worlds Greatest Porcelain Houses Thimble Spode
This is a thimble by Spode of England produced in 1980 for the Franklin Mint Worlds Greatest Porcelain Houses set of 25 thimbles. (Also known as the Porcelain Houses of the World set).
The thimble is decorated with a gilded line around the base and a picture in shades of pink featuring a woman at a well with flowers and a tree and a house in the background. The inside of the thimble is stamped with "Spode Fine Bone China England", and it is approximately 24mm tall by 21mm base diameter.
The thimble is in excellent condition with no chips, holes or repairs, it is not in the original box, but will be supplied in a clear perspex thimble dome which is suitable for storage or display. The thimble dome is approximately 32mm wide and 48mm high.
