Worlds Greatest Porcelain Houses Thimble Royal Albert

This is a thimble by Royal Albert of England, produced in 1980 for the Franklin Mint Worlds Greatest Porcelain Houses set of 25 thimbles. (Also known as the Porcelain Houses of the World set).

The thimble is decorated with a thick gilded line around the base and a picture of pink Roses and blue Forget-Me-Nots, with some pink Rosebuds on the reverse. The inside of the thimble is stamped with a crown with "Royal Albert Bone China Made In England" printed below, and it is approximately 28mm tall by 22mm base diameter.

The thimble is in excellent condition with no chips, holes or repairs, it is not in the original box, but will be supplied in a clear perspex thimble dome which is suitable for storage or display. The thimble dome is approximately 32mm wide and 48mm high.
