PAYMENT INFORMATION.
I can accept payment in GB Pounds Sterling, by Paypal, Nochex, Google Checkout, Cheque, Postal Order or Cash.
I can accept payment in US Dollars or Euros by Paypal.
POSTAGE INFORMATION.
Postage is charged at approximate weight of item plus weight and cost of packing.
I offer a choice of postage services within the UK, 1st class packet, 2nd class packet or Special Delivery. I post worldwide by airmail which takes from 7 to 10 working days. Items valued at over £39.00 may be sent by online trackable means at my discretion, this is by special delivery in the UK and by International Signed For, for overseas. However, I will not charge you extra for this, you will only pay my normal postage rates.
I post by the next business day after receiving cleared payment; I post once a day, Monday to Friday.
PLEASE NOTE: if buying from outside the UK then you are responsible for any import tax or duty levied by your government. To find out more about what charges(if any) are applicable in your country, you will need to contact your country's customs service. Import duties are usually collected at the time of delivery by the postal company, so please don't confuse this with an extra shipping fee.
In line with international law, I will not undervalue items on a customs form, or mark items as a gift.
REFUND POLICY.
Please notify me within 14 days of receipt. For item not as described or damaged in transit, original postage, item cost and reasonable return postage costs will be refunded. If you do not like the item or no longer want it, I will refund original postage and item cost as long as it is returned in the same condition I sent it, however I will NOT refund your return postage costs in this instance.
The only exception to this is in the case of pierced earrings where for hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns except for damages.

Please note that I spend quite a bit of time taking photos and writing descriptions of the thimbles that I sell. All pictures and descriptions are therefore subject to copyright and are not to be used by any person, company or other entity without my explicit permission.
