Silver Coloured Metal Thimble Dimpled Pattern

This is a thimble with a rolled rim and a band of vertical striations above this which are used to grip a needle. There is a plain band above this, the rest of the thimble is decorated with a traditional dimpled design. There are no makers marks anywhere on the thimble which is approximately 23mm tall by 18mm base diameter.

The thimble is in excellent condition, with no chips, holes or repairs, it is not in the original box, but will be supplied in a clear perspex thimble dome which is suitable for storage or display. The thimble dome is approximately 32mm wide and 48mm high.
