Road To Canterbury China Thimble By Westbury Studio Of Wales

This is a china thimble by Westbury Studio of Wales, which was produced for the Thimble Collectors Club. The thimble depicts a scene taken from the stained glass windows of Canterbury Cathedral showing 13th century pilgrims on the way to Canterbury. The inside is stamped "Westbury Studio Made in Wales" below the letter "W" in an oval mark. The thimble is approximately 28mm tall by 22mm base diameter.

The thimble is in excellent condition, with no chips, holes or repairs, it is not in the original box, but will be supplied in a clear perspex thimble dome which is suitable for storage or display. The thimble dome is approximately 32mm wide and 48mm high.
