Prince William Fine Bone China Thimble St George

This is a fine bone china thimble which has been decorated with a gilded line around the base and a picture of the year old Prince William. The reverse is printed with "HRH Prince William of Wales To Commemorate His 1st Birthday 21st June 1983". The inside of the thimble is stamped with a picture of a Knight holding a sword and shield with "St George Fine Bone China Made in England" printed below, and it is approximately 28mm tall by 22mm base diameter.

The thimble is in good condition, with no chips, holes or repairs, although the gilded line is uneven below the picture. It is not in the original box, but will be supplied in a clear perspex thimble dome which is suitable for storage or display. The thimble dome is approximately 32mm wide and 48mm high.
