Pewter Thimble with Crown & Shield Decoration

This is a pewter thimble which has been decorated with a shield containing a crown above a heart-shaped symbol. There are no makers marks anywhere on the thimble, which is approximately 27mm tall by 19mm base diameter.

The thimble is in excellent condition, with no holes, chips or repairs, it is not in the original box, but will be supplied in a clear perspex thimble dome which is suitable for storage or display. The thimble dome is approximately 32mm wide and 48mm high.
