Panda Family Thimble by Marutoya of Japan TCC

This is a Panda Family Thimble by Marutoya of Japan which was produced for the Thimble Collectors Club. The thimble has a gilded line running around the base and the top, and is decorated between these lines with a family of 4 Giant Pandas eating Bamboo shoots. The inside of the thimble is stamped with a Japanese character and "Marutoyo Japan", and it is approximately 25mm tall by 22mm base diameter.

The thimble is in excellent condition with no chips, holes or repairs, it is not in the original box, but will be supplied in a clear perspex thimble dome which is suitable for storage or display. The thimble dome is approximately 32mm wide and 48mm high.
