Nursery Rhyme Thimble Tom, Tom The Pipers Son China

This is a thimble decorated with a gilded line around the base and a picture of a Tom running off with a pig whilst being chased, with "Tom, Tom the Pipers Son" printed below the picture. The inside of the thimble is stamped with "Fine Bone China Made In Britain", and it is approximately 28mm tall by 23mm base diameter.

The thimble is in very good condition, with no chips, holes or repairs, although it is slightly rough under the glaze to the rear. It is not in the original box, but will be supplied in a clear perspex thimble dome which is suitable for storage or display. The thimble dome is approximately 32mm wide and 48mm high.
