Mother & Child China Thimble By Bernadotte Of Czechoslovakia

This is a Mother & Child Thimble by Bernadotte of Czechoslovakia, issued by the Thimble Collectors Club in October 1993. The thimble is decorated with a gilded line running around the base and a picture of a Mother holding her child in a rural setting of cottages and trees. The inside of the thimble is stamped with the letters "C" and "L" in a wreath with "Bernadotte" underneath, and it is approximately 25mm tall by 22mm base diameter.

The thimble is in excellent condition, with no holes, chips or repairs, it is not in the original box, but will be supplied in a clear perspex thimble dome which is suitable for storage or display. The thimble dome is approximately 32mm wide and 48mm high.
