Imari China Thimble by Shibata of Japan TCC

This is an Imari China Thimble by Shibata of Japan, which was produced for the Thimble Collectors Club in October 1988. The thimble is ornately decorated in the Imari style, with a gilded top.

The thimble is in excellent condition, with no chips, holes or repairs, it is not in the original box, but will be supplied in a clear perspex thimble dome which is suitable for storage or display. The thimble dome is approximately 32mm wide and 48mm high.
