China Thimble Courting Couple Rural 18th Century Scene

This is a china thimble which has been decorated with a gilded line around the base and a picture of a courting couple in 18th century style dress. There are no makers marks anywhere on the thimble which is approximately 26mm tall by 20mm base diameter.

The thimble is in very good condition, with no chips, holes or repairs. It is not in the original box, but will be supplied in a clear perspex thimble dome which is suitable for storage or display. The thimble dome is approximately 32mm wide and 48mm high.
