Chaffinch Bird Bone China Thimble Birchcroft England

This is a bone china thimble decorated with a gilded line around the base and a picture of a Chaffinch bird sitting amidst blossom on a tree. The inside of the thimble is stamped with a picture of a tree with "Birchcroft Fine Bone China", and it is approximately 28mm tall by 23mm base diameter.

The thimble is in excellent condition, with no chips, holes or repairs. It is not in the original box, but will be supplied in a clear perspex thimble dome which is suitable for storage or display. The thimble dome is approximately 32mm wide and 48mm high.
