Blossoms of Spring Thimble by Royal Grafton

This is a thimble by Royal Grafton of England, which was produced for the Thimble Collectors Club in October 1984. The thimble has been decorated with a gilded line around the base and another around the top. The front is decorated with a spray of blue and white spring blooms. The back has "Blossom by blossom the spring begins" and "- Swinburne -" in gilded writing. The inside is stamped "Royal Grafton Made in England", and it is approximately 26mm tall by 21mm base diameter.

The thimble is excellent condition with no holes, chips or repairs. It is not in the original box, but will be supplied in a clear perspex thimble dome which is suitable for storage or display. The thimble dome is approximately 32mm wide and 48mm high.
