Birchcroft Fine Bone China Thimble Jay Bird

This is a fine bone china thimble which has been decorated with a gilded line around the base and a picture of a colourful Jay bird standing on a tree branch. The inside of the thimble is stamped with a picture of a tree with "Birchcroft Fine Bone China England" printed around it, and it is approximately 29mm tall by 24mm base diameter.

The thimble is in very good condition, with no chips, holes or repairs, although there are some tiny gaps in the gilded line around the base as can be seen in the photo. It is not in the original box, but will be supplied in a clear perspex thimble dome which is suitable for storage or display. The thimble dome is approximately 32mm wide and 48mm high.
